West Shillong MLA, Mohendro Rapsang, on Friday distributed sewing machines to 26 women from the constituency whose livelihoods have taken a hit owing to the months-long pandemic. Speaking on the occasion, which was attended by the locals, Rapsang beseeched the beneficiaries make use of the machines extensively and eke a living out of it.
