SHILLONG, Dec 14: In modification to the previous order, the Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills has informed that all shops operating from fixed premises in the district including Shillong Urban Agglomeration are permitted to open between 8 am and 9 pm daily. However, shops in Iewduh will open from 8 am to 6 pm every day.
Meanwhile, at least 75 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Meghalaya while two more lives were lost due to the infection, a report said on Monday.
