Dulan Narah, who was driving a Maruti Swift D’zire (ML-05K-9320), lodged a complaint that on December 22, around 10.30 am, another driver indecently threatened and assaulted him and took away one passenger from him at Khasi Hills Tourist Taxi Stand, Police Bazar, Shillong.
Car vandalised
Darkha A Sangma lodged a complaint that one Mithun Das vandalised his Maruti Wagon-R (WB-20H-3131) causing minor damaged to the vehicle at Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) Office Complex, Baghmara, South Garo Hills.
Misappropriation
Bugla Ram of M/s JC Infra Corporation Limited lodged a complaint that more than Rs 6.22 lakh was deposited in the account of sub-contractor Amzad Kazi for making payment to the labourers engaged in the construction of Nengmandalgre-Darebokgre Road in East Garo Hills). However, Amzad Kazi did not make any payment to the labourers.
