SHILLONG: Meghalaya’s Minister for Social Welfare, Kyrmen Shylla on  Wednesday released a music video aimed at raising awareness against the malady of drug abuse as part of the Meghalaya State Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan at Directorate of Social Welfare here..
