All Jaintia Hills cruch EGH in MCA U-19 girls tournament

Shillong, April 1: All Jaintia Cricket Association (AJCA) defeated East Garo Hills (EGH) by a comfortable nine wickets in Group A of the Meghalaya Cricket Association’s Inter District U-19 Girls Cricket Tournament in Nongstoin today.
EGH won the toss and opted to bat first, making 106 all out in 17.5 overs.
Brelbina D Sangma (19) and Cheamchi Kambesa A Sangma (18) were the top scorers but player-of-the-match Aetisha Lytan wreaked havoc with the ball, claiming 6/14, while Ritreki Pohshna took 2/9.
AJCA lost just one batswoman on their way to victory in 12.3 overs, with Rushia Dkhar making 38 and Pohshna 11.
Wanchira Sangma (1/23) claimed the only wicket to fall.
