Clarification
The Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner has clarified that the name of the school of the student who has declared positive on the April 17 is St Paul’s LP English Medium School Mawroh and not Savio School, Mawroh, as mentioned earlier.
Price revision
West Jaintia Hills Deputy Commissioner (Supply) has informed that the price of SK oil has been revised and fixed with immediate effect. According to a statement, the wholesale price for Jowai and Thadlaskein depot has been fixed at Rs 40 per litre while the wholesale price for Shangpung outlet has been fixed at Rs 42.70 per litre. “The retail price in retail centres from Jowai and Thadlaskein SK Oil Depot will be at Rs 42.50 per litre and retail price in retail centres from Shangpung SK Oil outlet is Rs 45.40 per litre,” the statement added.
Relocation
