Webinar on building incubation ecosystem

SHILLONG, Oct 30: As part of the celebration of 75 years of independence, a webinar on ‘Building Incubation Ecosystem in NEHU’ was organised by Incubation Centre, NEHU, in association with Department of Geology, NEHU, Shillong, on Friday.
In his address, Prof. Devesh Walia, CEO, Incubation Centre, NEHU, and Head of the Department of Geology, NEHU, mentioned that the goal of the Incubation Centre is to promote technology-based entrepreneurship and to facilitate practical application of knowledge for public use.
He highlighted that the pathways for entrepreneurs entails teaching strategies and learning environments which offer targeted support to NEHU fraternity and others who aim at setting up a business.
The webinar was also live-streamed on YouTube.
