SHILLONG, Nov 10: The state on Wednesday recorded 28 fresh COVID-19 cases while one more patient died of the infection taking the death toll to 1,461.
The active tally now stands at 318 while 82,163 people have recovered from the viral infection.
A total of 28 patients recovered on the day.
