Shillong, Jan 25: Prof. Badaplin War, Department of Khasi Language, NEHU, has been awarded Padma Shri by the President of India on the eve of the Republic Day for her contribution in the fields of literature and education . She is the lone recipient of the Award from Meghalaya.
