SHILLONG, Jan 30: Home Minister, Lakhmen Rymbui confirms that the blast earlier this evening was caused by an IED.
The Minister took to twitter to confirm the same. Earlier, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma also tweeted to condemn the incident.
