Unclaimed body
The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Shillong Civil Hospital, has informed that one unknown male patient, about 40 years, C/o PAB, Shillong Civil Hospital, was admitted in the Male Medical Ward-I, Bed No 1 at 10.49 pm on January 31. He however, passed away at 4.25 am on January 2. Meanwhile, all concerned relatives of the deceased have been asked to collect the body from the hospital morgue within three days, failing which the same will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
