SHILLONG, Feb 3: Maxx Austin Wanswett scored four goals as Pohkseh SC hammered Lumshyiap SC 5-0 in their Shillong Sports Association Second Division football match, here on Thursday. Wanswett, who scored a goal in thei first half and three more in the second, completed his hat-trick in the 74th minute against a hapless Lumshyiap side. Wosting Nongkhlaw gave Pohkseh the lead in the 21st minute before Wanswett’s 36th minute strike saw them go into the break 2-0. After the restart, however, Wanswett was unforgiving, scoring his side’s third goal in the 59thminute before completing his hat-trick in the 74th and finally sealing the match with an 85th minute conversion as Pohkseh completed a 5-0 demolition over their opponents. On Friday, Wahingdoh SC play Umphrup SC at 2 pm.
