Super Div Cricket: United XI beat Rangkynsai by 11 runs

Shillong, Feb 4: United XI beat Rangkynsai CC by 11 runs (D/L method) in the rain affected Shillong Cricket Association Super Division match here on Friday. Batting first, United XI scored 203/6 in 40 overs. Kishan Lyndoh (60 runs in 66 balls) and JJ Lamare (32 runs in 60 balls) top scored for United XI. Nick Dann (2/32) and Rohit Rai (1/33) were the pick of the bowlers for Rangkynsai. In reply, Rangkynsai scored 117/5 in 26.5 overs before the rain forced the game to come to a hault. Pynhunlang Kharnarbi (21 runs in 52 balls) and Rohit Rai (21 runs in 43 balls) top scored for Rangkynsai. Baloo Passah (3/27) and Abir (1/12) were the wreckers-in-chief for United XI. Passah was adjudged the Player of the Match for his all around performance (3 wickets and 24 runs in 41 balls.)
