Shillong, Feb 9: In an operation planned by officers and men of ANTF, Nongstoin PS last night, a soap box containing about 10 grams of suspected contraband heroin together with a sum of Rs 2.5 lakh cash had been seized from one Arbinus Lyngdoh Marshillong (24).
The accused had been followed by the ANTF team for about 24 hours and as he was suspected to be the main drug supplier in Themiew area.
A case has been registered and accused is being interrogated to develop more clues into the operation.
