  1. Allocation of Rs 1,770 crore for the road sector, out of which Rs 519 crore is for PMGSY, Rs 220 crore for rural roads and the remaining for state projects
  2. Water supply schemes at Tura, Shangpung, Mawkyrwat, Umlyngka and Pynursla at a cost of Rs 150 crore
  3. Helicopter services to Williamnagar, Dawki and Sohra
  4. Meghalaya Power Distribution Sector Improvement Project to be implemented at a cost of Rs 1,225 crore
  5. Govt to spend Rs 350 crore on health infrastructure
  6. All health centres in state to be upgraded within five years
  7. Rs 60 crore for Health Systems Strengthening Project
  8. Rs 103 crore for MHIS-IV coverage
  9. 208 primary and secondary school buildings, costing Rs 109 crore, to be completed by December 2022

  12. Rs 42-cr Tribal Research Centre at Babadam, West Garo Hills to become a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for NER
  13. Rs 10 crore to be allocated for training of 10,000 youth in soft skills under Meghalaya Youth Policy
  14. 15 more PRIME hubs to be set up at a cost of Rs 25 crore
  15. CM’s youth centres to be set up in 10 locations
  16. Rs 100 crore for new assembly building at Mawdiangdiang
  17. Mini secretariats in Tura and Jowai at a cost of Rs 45 crore
  18. Rs 150 crore for creation of administrative infrastructure in all district headquarters
  19. 40 C&RD blocks to be upgraded at a cost of Rs 120 crore
  20. Rs 100-cr allocation for upgradation of the police and law and order infrastructure
  21. Rs 116-cr allocation for Shillong Peak Ropeway
  22. Introduction of a pool school bus system with a fleet size of around 100 mini buses to reduce traffic congestion
  23. Electric buses for public transportation in Shillong to be introduced; Rs 20 crore for improving mobility in Shillong
  24. All 4.5 lakh farming households to be covered under FOCUS programme at a cost of Rs 150 crore
  25. Rs 10 crore each for Lakadong and Honey missions; Rs 10 crore each for launch of Ginger and Spice missions; Rs 10 crore for cultivation of herbs; Rs 5 crore for mushroom and aroma missions and Rs 5 crore for buckwheat, a high-value crop
