Former MP Robert Kharshiing passes away

Shillong, April 7: Former Rajya Sabha MP, Robert Kharshiing passed away at Nazareth Hospital today at around 10 AM after a prolonged illness.

Khrshiing (63) was an MP of the Upper House of Parliament during April 2002 to April 2008.

His body will be taken to his residence near Stephen Hall, Bomfyle Road, Lachumiere.
