SHILLONG, April 7: The Meghalaya State Commission for Women (MSCW) has stressed on need to strengthen the functioning of two Shillong-based centres that cater to women in distress.
It may be mentioned that members of the MSCW, led by its chairperson Phidalia Toi, on Thursday visited the 181 Women Helpline centre at Lachumiere and Iohlynti One Stop Centre at Ganesh Das Hospital.
