SHILLONG, April 12: Damanglang Kharbyngar scored a late goal to see Umphyrnai SC secure a narrow 1-0 win over Imson SC in their Shillong Sports Association First Division football match, here on Tuesday. The victory was Umphyrnai’s second on the trot and places them second in the standings with 7 points. After a goalless 90 minutes, Damanglang Kharbyngar’s winner came in stoppage time. Imson, have now lost three in a row. On Wednesday, Lawsohtun SC and Nongthymmai SC will meet at 3:30 pm.
