Laban Sanatan Dharmasabha (Harisabha) will organise ‘Enshrinement Day’ of Lakshmi Narayan on May 3. The puja will begin at 8:30 am at the Laban Sanatan Dharmasabha (Harisabha) premises. The Enshrinement Day will mark the beginning of the year-long deferred quasquicentennial celebration of Laban Sanatan Dharmasabha (Harisabha).
Paragliding
The 1st Meghalaya National Paragliding Accuracy Championship 2022 will be held at Kharkutta, North Garo Hills, from April 29 till May 1, informed chairman of the Meghalaya New and Renewable Energy Development Agency, Rupert Momin. The event will see the participation of 100 pilots.
Prayer
The Mohammadia Al Hussainee Mosque Committee, Nongsohpoh, Barapathar, has informed that Eid Ul Fitre congregational prayers will be held on May 3 (subject to the sighting of the moon) at 8.30 am at the mosque premises. The prayer will be led by Janab Qaiser Raza, Imam of the Masjid.
