Unclaimed body
The body of a middle-aged man (40-45 years) was found at Bawri Complex, Garikhana, on May 13, according to the office of the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills. Accordingly, inquest and other legal formalities were observed and the body was later shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong autopsy. The body has been kept at the hospital morgue room for identification and claim. The cadaver is approximately 5 feet tall, dark-complexioned with a thin moustache and was found with blue jeans, grey hoodie, sweatshirt and black sandals on.
