Shillong, July 4: Volunteers of the Hynniewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM) staged a sudden protest outside the State Secretariat here today demanding introduction of Inner Line Permit (ILP) system in the state, resolving the boundary dispute with Assam and hiking the salary of Adhoc teachers.
