Programme to link Aadhaar with electoral rolls launched

SHILLONG/NONGSTOIN/NONGPOH, Aug 1: The programme for voluntary collection of Aadhaar from electors to link and authenticate electoral rolls was on Monday launched across Meghalaya.
According to statements, launch events in this regard were also held in the district headquarters, which were attended by officials from different departments.
Meanwhile, voters wanting to voluntarily link their Aadhaar with electoral rolls have been asked to either visit the Voter Helpline App or take help of their respective booth level officers (BLOs).
