SHILLONG, Aug 2: Meghalaya Yogasana Sports Association will conduct its district level Yogasana Sports competition for East Khasi Hills District on August 7 at the Hindi Pustakalaya DGC Cross Roads, AC Lane, Shillong from 8 am onwards.
Selected players from each district of the state will then participate in the State Level Yogasana Sports competition scheduled to be held next month followed by the selections for the National Level Championship at the end of this year.
Yogasana is now included in Khelo India and National Games under the banner of the National Yogasana Sports Federation which is affiliated to the Sports Federation of India.
