NEHU holds programme on legal awareness

SHILLONG, Aug 22: The Legal Care and Support Centre of the Department of Law, NEHU, Shillong, organised a programme on legal awareness at Mawkynroh, Umshing on August 19.
According to a statement, information pertaining to the rights of women and children, cyber security, child labour, etc. were disseminated by the students of the department under the in charge of the centre, Prof JJ Mozika.
The programme was also attended by headman of Mawkynroh, Umshing, L Nongkhlaw, and other members of the Dorbar Shnong.
