SHILLONG, Sep 28: Three highway robbers were arrested in East Jaintia Hills district by the police, a few hours after they had waylaid a truck (AS 25-EC- 4966) on National Highway-6 under Lumshnong Police Station and robbed the driver of his phone and cash worth Rs 4,500.
