New BJP faces
Leaders from various villages from different political parties in Dalu constituency on Saturday joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the leadership of Akki Sangma during a function in Dalu. At least more than 700 people joined the BJP.

The North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) will organise ‘Run for Unity’ on Monday as part of National Unity Day celebrations. According to a statement, the programme will begin at 7 am from Gate No. 5 of the university. “The spot registration for the run will start from 6:30 am,” it informed.
