NONGSTOIN, Dec 2: The Court of the Special Judge (POCSO), West Khasi Hills, has convicted one Kelding Thongni for raping a minor in August last year.
Thongni has been sentenced to 30 years rigorous imprisonment and three months of simple imprisonment, and has been imposed a fine of Rs. 50,000.
