“Meghashakti” inducted to add more teeth to Meghalaya Police force

Shillong, Jan 14: Meghalaya police today inducted its women commando force, Meghashakti, in a glittering ceremony in presence of at  Ist Meghalaya Police Battalion, Mawiong on Saturday.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and Home Minister Lakhmen Rymbui along with others handing over the certificates to one of the commando during the Induction Ceremony of the “Meghashakti”.
