A participant crosses the finish line of the Meghalaya Run organised by the Sports & Youth Affairs department, in Shillong, on Monday. Wolbetster Ramsiej won in the 10K Open Category (Above 18 years Male), while Kyntimon Marwein claimed the 10K Open Category (Above 18 years Female) title. Badon Tham (10K Open Category Above 50 years Male), Bitarice Marbaniang (10K Open Category Above 50 years Female), Finington Ramsiej (5K Meghalayan only Between 14-18 years Male), and Lyntijingkyrmen Kharjahrin (5K Meghalayan only Between 14-18 years Female) were the other winners during the event on the day.
