Nongpoh, Feb 1: Meghalaya police seized 65.71 gms of heroin, Rs 34,370 in cash and four mobile phones from the occupants of a Maruti Alto vehicle (ML05E0804) travelling from Guwahati to Shillong at Umran Dairy under Umsning Police Station in the wee hours of Wednesday.
The occupants of the vehicle -. Klevin Malngiang (driver) of Mawlai, Frederick Ryntathiang of Pynthor, Bankit Marbaniang of Lumshyiap Golf Link and Shanbor Rani of Nongmynsong- were apprehended.
