Office-bearers
Meghalaya Chess Association (MCA) elected its members for the term 2023-2026 at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Shillong, recently which was participated by all the affiliated district chess associations. KM Warjri (EKHDCA) was elected president, Khrawkupar Pajat (EKHDCA) as general secretary, Frank H Nongrum (RBDCA) and Dravid G Marak (SGHDCA) as vice presidents, Tengrang Sangma (GHCA) and Richard Sun (WKHDCA) as joint secretaries, Rijied Katrai (EKHDCA) as publicity secretary, and Nobleman Wanniang (EKHDCA) as treasurer, besides five executive members.
