SCL: Raj Bhawan beat Donkin SCSC by 8 wickets

SHILLONG, Feb 15: In the match between Donkin SCSC and Raj Bhawan, Donkin won the toss and chose to bat first scoring 173/8 in 35 overs. Wallam Lyngdoh top scored with 38 off 44 runs, Baremdor Rynjah scored 36 off 33. Tarak Sinha was the pick of the bowlers picking 3 for 35 in his 7 overs, Binay Ray picked up 2 for 23 in his 7 overs. In reply Raj Bhawan chased down the total in 21.3 overs only losing just 2 wickets. Vishal Kanwar smashed 89 runs off only 50 balls while Kiran Ram scored 52 off 59. Mracus Bhujel and Jonathan Rymbai both got a wicket each giving away 32 and 42 runs respectively. Raj Bhawan won the match by 8 wickets scoring 175/2. Vishal Kanwar was awarded the man of the match for his knock of 89 in 50 balls.
