Three-way fight in Rambrai-Jyrngam

NONGSTOIN, Feb 16: Rambrai-Jyrngam constituency will witness a triangular fight on February 27 when state goes to polls. The three contenders out of the total seven candidates for the seat are NPP’s Kimfa Marbaniang, HSPDP’s KP Pangniang and Independent RG Momin.
Others include Golden Nonglong from Congress, Fernandez Dkhar from TMC, Sparterlin Nongrem from BJP and two Independent candidates Pondit R Sangma and Sillash M Sangma.
The general public of Rambrai-Jyrngam is of the opinion that votes from the Khasi community will be divided between Kimfa Marbaniang and KP Pangniang.
