Two dead in separate accidents in Palghar

Palghar, Feb 18: Two persons were killed in separate accidents on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on Saturday, police officials said.
In the first incident at Jawahar Phata, one of three persons on a motorcycle died after being hit by a Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation bus, leaving the other two injured, an official said.
The second accident took place in Sativali village in Vasai, another official said.
The driver of an empty milk tanker died after the vehicle overturned, he said. (PTI)
