Kimtera delivers big win for SGH over SCA

Shillong, March 25: Kimtera D Sangma hit 90 with the bat and claimed three wickets in just 2 overs as South Garo Hills District Cricket Association inflicted defeat by 174 runs on Shillong Cricket Association in the U-14 Girls Inter District Cricket T20 Tournament 2023 in Nongstoin on Saturday.
Put into bat after losing the toss, SGH made a phenomenal 234/1 in their 20 overs and then bowled out SCA for 60. SCA started the day well with Joanna Pyngrope (1/37) claiming a wicket with the very first ball but Kimtera and Tempali Basumatary then produced their huge 234-run partnership. Kimtera struck 12 fours in her unbeaten innings of 90 from 68 deliveries, while Basumatary finished on 89 not out from 69 balls.
