Shillong, April 6: Two miscreants vandalised a Hindu temple in Canada’s Ontario and painted anti-India graffiti on its wall.

The Windsor Police stated it is looking into the crime as a ‘hate-motivated incident’ and released CCTV footage showing two suspects spray painting on the walls of the Hindu temple.

On the external wall of the Hindu temple, the vandals had spray-painted anti India slogans and comments against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The suspects were captured on camera Wednesday morning. One of them kept watch while the other vandalised the structure.

Residents near the temple were urged to check home security footage between 11 pm and 1 am after the Windsor Police provided a description of the suspects.
