Shillong, April 14: In what has caused serious concerns, India reported a total of 11,109 Covid-19 cases which is highest in over 7 months raising a fear of another Coronavirus wave.
According to the Union Health Ministry, India reported 11,109 new Covid-19 cases on Friday. There were 49,622 active cases throughout the nation.
The weekly positivity rate is 4.29 percent, compared to the daily positivity rate of 5.01 percent.
29 deaths were also reported, bringing the total to 5,31,064.
