MiG-21 crashes in Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh, 3 locals killed

Shillong, May 8: Three persons on ground were killed when a MiG-21 fighter jet crashed in Hanumangarh of Rajasthan on Monday morning.

The incident took place near Hanumangarh in when a fighter jet was on a routine sortie. The pilot of the fighter jet is reportedly safe as he ejected out before the plane crashed.

According to reports, the fighter had taken off from Suratgarh. An inquiry has been launched to probe the cause of the crash.
