Tremors felt in Jammu and Kashmir after earthquake in Afghanistan

Shillong, May 28: According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 occurred on Sunday at around 10.19 am 70 kilometres southeast of Fayzabad in Afghanistan.

Tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch and Srinagar district.
