Jowai, June 29: Police on Thursday fished out the body of a couple — Regardfull Chyrmang (24) and Samphuhbha Pala (24) from a fish pond at Nangbah village in West Jaintia Hills.
Police said the couple was married and the bodies were identified by their relatives.
Police is yet to establish to reason behind the drastic measure taken by the couple.
