Admissions under way at Guwahati-based institute

SHILLONG, July 3: The Purbanchal Educational Welfare Society (PEWS) Group of Institutions has informed that admissions to various programmes such as Nursing, Paramedical and Physiotherapy for the academic year 2023-2024 are under way.
In a statement here, the PEWS said that it is currently accepting applications from aspiring students who wish to pursue a career in the healthcare field after their 10+2.
“The institute boasts a well-equipped campus, featuring state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated faculty with vast experience. Through strategic partnerships with local medical establishments, students have the opportunity to gain practical training and real-world experience, enhancing their skill sets and preparing them for successful careers in their chosen fields,” the statement said.
“The institution also boasts a decent placement track record ranging where several past students have secured employment with renowned government hospitals and healthcare institutions across the region, including Tripura Medical College, NEIGRIHMS Shillong, Meghalaya, NRHM Assam, GMCH Guwahati, and many more,” it added.
