Jowai, July 7: The second day of the Behdeinkhlam began with an offering called ‘Knia Aitnar’, on Friday.
After the offering prayer is over, people from different localities dancing to the beat of drums and flutes assembled at Mynkoi Pyrdi to fetch the ‘Khnong Blai’.
After which everyone will collect the polished, circular solid shaped, elongated tree called “Deinkhlam” and assemble at Iawmusiang where they continued to dance until the “Khnong Blai” is placed at “Loom-soo-Iung.
