Shillong to host state’s cadets for NCC Fest

By Our Reporter SHILLONG, July 9: In a first in the Northeast, NCC cadets from across the state will congregate in Shillong from Monday to Wednesday to parade and party at St. Edmund’s College campus to celebrate the Meghalaya NCC Festival, which is being organised with the objective to develop young minds. Alongside performing the near-perfect military drills, the cadets will also partake in intellectual and personality grooming competitions aimed at making them confident in life.
