New Delhi, July 13: A man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping a 20-year-old college girl at her apartment by impersonating as a cop.

According to a senior police official, the accused identified as Rohit Solanki, had on July 7 shot a mobile phone video of the young woman and her boyfriend in his car.
