Britney Spears demands public apology for slapgate
Pop star Britney Spears has demanded a public apology from NBA star Victor Wembanyama’s guard who “backhanded” her causing her to fall to the ground. In an Instagram video, Spears (41), spoke about the run-in with the basketball player’s bodyguard in Vegas last week. “I wanna share with you guys an incident that happened in Vegas that a lot of people are talking about,” she stated. She said the radio presenters were “saying that I deserved to be smacked, security was doing their job and protecting their client”. (IANS)
IMDb reveals Most Popular Indian Movies, Web Series of 2023
In the middle of 2023, IMDb has come up with a list of Most Popular movies and web series so far which includes Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan and Shahid Kapoor’s Farzi. In the Most Popular Indian Movies of 2023 (So Far) list, the first spot is taken by Pathaan, Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is number two, Adah Sharma-starrer The Kerala Story is on the third spot. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan said: “It’s extremely heartening to learn that Pathaan is first on the list by IMDb. To see the amount of love that Pathaan has received is amazing, and whenever any work gets placed first, then the thing to do is to work twice as hard on the next one to thank everyone for this recognition.” (IANS)
Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon says she is going through a “vulnerable time” post her divorce from Jim Toth after 12 years of marriage, but is happy to be able to connect with fans via social media. The Oscar winner, 47, had announced her divorce in a statement on Instagram in March. The estranged couple have 10-year-old son Tennessee together, reports Female First UK. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Witherspoon said she is pleased she is able to connect with her fans now via social media about how she is feeling, because she felt she had so much less control when she split from first husband Ryan Phillippe in 2008.
