Govt promises action in arson, Ampareen cases

SHILLONG, July 13: The state government will take the strictest action against all those involved in the recent arson attack on Laitumkhrah police station and on the residence of Cabinet Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh, Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma said on Thursday.
Stating that these incidents are a matter of concern, the CM said, “Be it a legislator or common citizens, it is the duty of the police, administration and the government to take necessary action.”
