4-day workshop on Gestalt therapy held in MLCU

SHILLONG, July 28: A workshop on Relational Gestalt Therapy is underway at Martin Luther Christian University (MLCU) from Wednesday and it will be concluded on Saturday. The workshop is conducted by eminent resource persons and the founder of Institute of Relational Therapy Dr VanajaAmmanath along with the faculties Ms Garima Khanter and Ms Sridevi Moothedath Padmanabhan. The workshop has been organised by the Department of Psychology which is aimed to provide the participants an introduction to Gestalt Therapy, its principles, techniques, and applications in the field of mental health and counselling.
The workshop content was thoughtfully curated to cover the fundamental concepts of Gestalt Therapy.
Feedback from the participants is overwhelmingly positive. Attendees have expressed appreciation for the experiential nature of the workshop, as it has allowed them to gain practical insights into Gestalt Therapy.
