Shillong, Aug 12: Showcasing the commitment of its officers and staff towards maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, a cleanliness drive was organized at Raj Bhavan, here on Saturday, a statement issued here informed.
The participants engaged in a wide range of cleaning activities within the premises of the Raj Bhavan, including sweeping pathways and ensuring proper waste disposal.
The event was not only aimed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of Raj Bhavan but also reflected the commitment of the officers and staff as its custodians. Raj Bhavan also organised a comprehensive health-camp, providing valuable medical services and screenings to ensure a healthier community within its premises.
