Nongstoin College shines in NEHU exams

NONGSTOIN, Aug 22: In yet another feather in its cap, Nongstoin College in West Khasi Hills, particularly the Arts and Science stream, has come out with flying colours in the examinations conducted by NEHU.
In 2022, four students of the college figured in the Top 10 provisional merit list of B.Sc. (Zoology) of NEH. This year, Ibajanai Lyngdoh and Khosphulan Lyngkhoi from the same department bagged 4th and 7th position respectively in the provisional merit list announced recently.
In B.Sc. (Chemistry), Pynshaitbor Thongni bagged the 12 position in the provisional merit list, while in regard with Arts stream, Pynishisha Wanniang bagged 10th position in the provisional merit list.  Founded in 1978, Nongstoin College has established a commendable image for itself among the top educational institutes in Meghalaya, while catering to the rural youths and underprivileged students in West Khasi Hills and its adjacent districts.
