Shillong, August 24: A tragic shooting incident occurred at a bikers’ bar in California’s Orange County, resulting in the loss of four lives, including the gunman, as reported by local media on Wednesday.
As per IANS, the Orange County Register revealed that the devastating shooting occurred in Trabuco Canyon, located approximately 90 kilometers south of downtown Los Angeles.
Furthermore, six individuals who sustained injuries during the shooting have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
Preliminary information indicates that four individuals, including the assailant, have lost their lives, according to reports from Xinhua news agency.
It is suspected that the shooter was a former law enforcement officer not from the immediate area, as noted in the report.
In a parallel report, KCLA News stated that responding deputies at the scene neutralized the shooter.
The incident is thought to have originated from a domestic dispute involving the retired law enforcement officer and his spouse, according to sources cited by KCLA News.
